this is where the cooking staff and fairies prepare the students' meals. of course, the students themselves aren't supposed to go down here, but there aren't any strict consequences if you do sneak some food. however unlike Harry Potter, the fairies and staff aren't nearly as willing to give you a snack or two if you do come down here.
